The challenge
Every provider rebuilds the same component.
Language models designed for doctors must produce official Swiss documents in three languages with precise formatting. Today, every company developing this type of assistant maps the forms, fields, and translations independently.
This integration work is repeated by every provider, even though it does not contribute to what truly differentiates their product.
The approach
Three tools, one protocol.
The MCP gives your model three tools: search for a form, inspect its fields, and produce the completed PDF. Your LLM calls these tools directly, so your team does not have to maintain this layer itself.
Inspect
List the expected fields, their types, and their constraints before filling the form.
Fill
Generate the completed PDF from the supplied values in French, German, or Italian.

Privacy
Medical data remains under your control.
The server does not infer or correct medical values. Information that is not provided remains absent from the document instead of being added silently.
Nothing in the logs
Medical values, searches, and PDF files are never written to logs.
PDF generated in memory
The completed document is not written to disk by the server.
Validation before release
Each new form version is verified before it is made available.
